About Roxanne

Roxanne is a 2007 graduate of Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Wash., where she studied journalism and publishing. Currently, she is a reporter for The Herald in Puyallup, Wash., covering Sumner news, government and feature stories.

She has also worked as a freelance reporter and photojournalist for several South Sound newspapers, including The Federal Way Mirror, The Peninsula Gateway, The Olympian and The Nisqually Valley News. At PLU, she worked as the University Photographer for a summer and freelanced for the alumni magazine, Scene, as well as Campus Voice, a weekly student newsletter. She also worked as a news photographer and reporter for PLU's student newspaper, The Mast, for two years.
